Privacy policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. This is a plain-language summary of how we handle your personal data.

1. Who controls your data

The data controller is Sport Tech N.V. (Curaçao company no. 163475). For any privacy question, contact us via our contact page.

2. What we collect

  • Account details — name, phone number, date of birth, country and login credentials.
  • Verification data — identity documents where required for KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.
  • Transaction data — deposits, withdrawals, mobile-money references, bets and game activity.
  • Technical data — device type, IP address, browser and app usage, collected partly through cookies (see our cookie notice).
  • Communications — messages you send to support.

3. Why we use it

  • To create and run your account and process bets and payments.
  • To verify your identity and age and to prevent fraud and money laundering.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.
  • To send service messages and, where you agree, marketing (you can opt out any time).
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
  • To support responsible gaming and enforce our terms.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only where needed: with payment providers (such as Vodacom, Tigo (YAS), Airtel and HaloPesa), identity-verification and fraud-prevention partners, IT and hosting providers, regulators and law enforcement where legally required, and gaming-software suppliers. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Keeping it secure

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your own login and never share your password or mobile-money PIN.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as the law requires (for example, financial and anti-money-laundering record-keeping), then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, you have the right to access your data, correct it, ask for deletion, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing. To exercise any right, contact us via the contact page. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Tanzania.
